Duelo de divas en los VMA, Ariana Grande y Lady Gaga lideran nominaciones

Las nominaciones de los Video Music Awards se han dado a conocer y son Lady Gaga y Ariana Grande quienes lideran el listado con 9 nominaciones cada una, y juntas competirán en la categoría 'Canción del año' con 'Rain on Me', tema que cantan a dueto. 

Billie Eilish y The Weeknd, les siguen los pasos pues tienen seis candidaturas cada uno. 

Una de las sorpresas de los VMA es que han incluido dos categorías que van de acuerdo a la pandemia de covid-19 que se vive, se trata de Mejor Video Musical desde Casa y Mejor Actuación en Cuarentena, con lo que buscan reconocer el ingenio de los artistas para seguir creando aún en confinamiento. 

La entrega de los premios será el el domingo 30 de agosto a las 20:00 horas, a través del canal de MTV y en sus plataformas digitales como Twitter, Facebook y YouTube.
